Borucki's experience catering to others' needs has come home, truly.

In 1988, he opened Rick's Bed & Breakfast—at his home, of course.

Rick's is a beautiful, elegant, one-story, three-bedroom home that caters to the gay community—locals and mostly visitors. Borucki lives in one room, and offers the other two for rent throughout the year, attracting guests from Canada, Australia, England and across America.

In addition, Rick's is easily accessible from all major highways, including the Florida Turnpike.

“I was a little leery in the beginning,” said Borucki, 51, who feared being robbed. “But everything has been great. I view my home as your home away from home.”
